Shipping Policy 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We aim to have orders posted and delivered within 3-4 business days.  This may not always be the case and can be affected by delays within the postal service. this is beyond our control. 

 

Due to the pandemic and social distancing safety precautions, there may be slight delays with the postal service.

 

Local Pick Up – Not Available until we reopen (Currently closed due to the pandemic)

In-salon pickup is available Wednesday – Saturday from 10 am until 4 pm. Please wait for your confirmation pickup email before collecting your order. Please arrive with your order number as this will be needed to verify your order and make it easier for staff to locate your order.

 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

England, Scotland & Wales: £5.50 – £12.50

Northern Ireland: £4.95 - £8.95

Republic of Ireland: Please note we no longer post to the ROI, if you would like to purchase, please email our team. A postage cost will be carried out and if you are happy to pay the shipping cost, we will place your order.
