Deposits

We reserve the right to request a deposit to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. All deposits are non-refundable.

 Cancellation Policy 

To cancel or change an appointment, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required.  

Deposits are non-refundable, if you cannot make your current appointment, please reschedule. Your deposit will be carried to the new appointment date. Subject to availability.

ND Gift Vouchers

ND Gift Vouchers can be used against both services and products. Gift vouchers are only redeemable in the salon and cannot be used on our online store. Please ensure you have your Gift Voucher with you when redeeming it against a service/product. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please ensure you have your order number when redeeming the voucher as this will be needed to validate the voucher.

Courses are now accredited by ABT. This means our courses are now recognised by ABT as Professional Qualifications. These courses are now accredited for online training.

Course Cancellations / Alterations

 

All training courses are non-refundable. ND Training Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course in exceptional circumstances and will notify the student as soon as possible. You will not be refunded for rescheduled courses; however, we will refund courses we have to cancel.

If there is a problem with securing the venue we have held for training, we will notify the students. As this particular issue is beyond our control, we will not issue refunds. We will do our best to secure an alternative venue, if this is not possible, we will issue credit notes for students to attend an alternative course throughout the year.

Credit notes are valid for 12 months.

1-1 Training Courses are to be booked directly via email. Events published on our website are for group events only. 

 

 

 

Refund Policy ​

ND Haircare Ltd hopes that you are delighted with your purchase, however, if, for some reason you are not, we have set out below a summary of your rights if you wish to return a product.

YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS: 

As you are a consumer and have made an online order, you may, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, cancel your order and obtain a refund within 14 working days from delivery.

Refunds

Please allow 14 working days from the date your order is returned for your refund to be processed. Products excluded from this include Gift Vouchers.

 

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

​

Your right to return goods does not apply to goods where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.

 

Beauty Works Hair Extensions will not be refunded, please ensure you choose the correct colour before purchasing.
